CHAPTER 53 OF 54 · REFERENCE

Parameter reference

This chapter lists every control on the top row, the engine sheet, the Sound, Arp and Seq tabs and the chord surface, in the order the screen shows them. Each table names the home chapter, where the control is explained in full.

#Reading the tables

ColumnMeaning
What it doesThe control's function in one line.
RangeThe values as the control displays them, lowest to highest. Bipolar ranges are written −100.0 to +100.0.
InitThe value in the Init sound (Library › START FROM SCRATCH). For pattern settings: an empty pattern. For project and app settings: a new project.
MatrixThe Matrix tab's group heading and row name. – means no row.
CCThe MIDI CC that sets the base value, on the engine's In channel (MIDI implementation). – means none: to reach a control with a Matrix row from a controller, give it a cell in column A or B and send CC 1 or 30 (Controls without a CC).
Diceyes: the dice may roll the row. no: never rolled. stepped: moves in whole steps and is never rolled (Macros and dice).

A Matrix cell holds an amount from −100 to +100. Init holds one cell: Prs → DCW, +50, heard only on Phase.

#Top row

Homes: Play the Grid, Keyboard, key and scale.

Level, Mute and Solo are saved with the project. The mixer and XY pad on the All page show the same values.
